Active OOSH Hat Order Form

As per the Active OOSH Sun Protection Policy, all children and educators at Active OOSH are required to wear hats while outdoors. We offer the opportunity to purchase an Active OOSH bucket style hat that can be kept on site at the service for your child to wear while at OOSH.
